Gabriel was my technician and he knew what he was doing, addressed the issue immediately and explained what was happening and why. I appreciated that. He didn't even mind when my Doberman stood next to him watching what he was doing. He petted her and they were best buddies. Now that's excellent service! Pioneer is now my go-to plumbing company!!!

Called them on a Sunday and they sent someone right out to fix our toilets not flushing. Turns out, our clean out didn't have a cap on it and with recent flooding, there were sticks and leaves stuck in it. They took care of it right away. No other company in our area was open today, except for Pioneer. Thoroughly impressed and will pass it on. Thank you very much for prompt, quality service!

We had a major scare with the plumbing over at my Dad's house in Newport. I called Pioneer Plumbing at the end of the business day on Friday and experienced nothing but top notch service from that initial call until the problem was resolved promptly Monday morning as promised. Not only did they ensure me that the major problem we had suspected was not present at all, they tested the entire system, finding only one small issue that they repaired on the spot. I also worked with their water remediation partners (and thankfully didn't require their service after all!) and they were also professional, pleasant, and prompt. The communication lines were exceptional from start to finish. I knew exactly what was happening and shortly upon completion of the work I received an invoice and photographs of the work and findings electronically. From the dispatchers to the plumber we worked with (Derrick) everyone was first class. You don't find service like this all that often in the trades. I highly recommend Pioneer to anyone needing plumbing service!
